The Game

Following centuries of conflict, the people of earth entered a lasting era of peace, establishing Earth's utopian society. Without the threat of war, military forces were disbanded with a new ‘One World Government’ (OWG) being established. After a millennium of harmony, the warriors, and wars of old became lost to time and forgotten.

In the year 3033 humanity has discovered they are not alone in the universe. Without a military presence, the earth was defenseless and faced certain annihilation at the hands of technologically advanced alien races. Using advanced reanimation technology, The OWG looked to the past to save humanity, calling upon the greatest captains throughout history to explore new frontiers, build alliances, find new technology, locate, and harvest advanced materials, and strike fear into any who pose a threat.

What is Galactic Pirates?

Set in a vast expandable universe, Galactic Pirates is an Open Universe play to earn Sandbox game. Built on the Unreal Engine (UE), Galactic Pirates promises high-quality modelling, gameplay, and earning capabilities.

How do I play?
Galactic Pirates is a true sandbox experience, your choices, your style of gameplay, are determined by you. Galactic Pirates allows players to forge their own legacy in a single shared universe. Create your own crew, customise your ship, and set sail.

Your legacy will be shaped by your play style., such as:

•    Piracy: 
            -Engage in Piracy in player-vs-player attacks and plunder loot.
•    Bounties: 
            -Post your own bounties to seek revenge against a superior opponent.
            -Hunt down & collect the bounties posted by others.
•    Mine:
            -Set up refineries around the universe and collect resources.
•    Transport:
           -Collect from miners, or spaceports and transport resources.
•    Security: 
           -Offer security services to other players for safe passage from threats.
•    Explorer:
           -Find both hostile and friendly alien outposts, search for new planets, locate and establish OWG                      Space Ports, and much much more. 
 

Just as in the real world, you are not locked to a career, however your history, and reputation are created from your in-game activities.

How do I earn in-game?
As all gamers know, every game has an in-game economy, whether selling loot or materials, your character will gain in-game currency. However, that currency is limited to the game developers' control and to the confines of the game world itself. With Galactic Pirates, we have created our own currency (PIR), and a truly open economy where players control the supply and demand, setting the in-game prices. 
PIR can be gained by:
•    Sell items to markets
•    Sell items to players
•    Rent your business
•    Complete Quests
•    Complete Missions
•    Collect Bounties
•    Find Treasure
•    Participate in Major game events
PIR can be withdrawn at any time and exchanged like any other cryptocurrency.
